What does that mean?
 
The system that we use to take incoming calls is 100% web based, or in the cloud, so there is no hardware or software to purchase.  All of our technology is web based including the phone calls (VOIP).  This allow us, or you, to utilize state-of-the-art technology to manage incoming calls. 
 
How our system works.
 
We issue you a local DID (Direct Inward Dial) number that you can place in your phone switch, web site or marketing emails.  When a call comes in to our call center we get a screen pop that includes all of your dealership information including recalls, TSBs, specials and any other specific information we need.  Once the call comes into our software the call is no longer in your phone system so there is never a dropped or miss-handled phone call. 
 
Feature rich system.
 
You have access to a web portal that will allow you monitor calls live and in real time.  There are management reports that will give you instant data on CSR performance and show call volumes by day and day part.  This system can be set up for one user or multiple users in a BDC. 
 
Call recording.
 
All calls are recorded and logged by agent, time of day, phone number and can be organized by call disposition.  No more hunting through calls looking for a specific type of call.  If you only want to listen to appointments or status checks you can order the recording by that disposition.  Upon call disposition an email can be sent alerting to a potential issue and you will have a copy of that call to listen to before the customer comes into the service department.
