Sterling Partners was founded in August of 1990 by Tom Massengale. Tom has more than 35 years of automotive service and marketing experience. In 1995 Tom developed the first-ever website that managed the CSI follow-up call process from end to end. This was revolutionary considering that all follow-up calls had been made from paper repair orders and in 1995 most dealership didn't even have a website yet.

In 2005 we began taking phone calls from dealerships to schedule service appointments. We started with 1 dealer using Xtime and have progress to dealers in multiple time zones and use virtually every scheduling system available. We can scale up to use a new scheduling system.

In 2007 we developed a state-of-art call center system. Our call center system allow us to customize each dealership as if we are actually sitting in that store.

Tom is a well known speaker on the subject of dealership service BDCs and has spoken to groups around the US including the Chicago Dealers Association and BMW of North America.
