We have been serving the new car dealership industry since 1990. We invented the web-based calling system for CSI follow-up calls. We then pioneered the ASP (Applicaiton Service Provider) model for in-house use of our system for the dealer or BDC to make follow-up calls to their customers.
We have now moved into the next generation of service department marketing: the integrated one solution for marketing and scheduling service appointments.
