BackStop® Catches All Calls
Have a live person answer every phone call.

Think of BackStop® as a battery backup system for your incoming phone calls to schedule service appointments.  You will simply put our phone number at the end of the longest line or as an extension from your main switchboard.  When a call comes in it will go to your internal service scheduling first and then if no one can answer the call the customer will roll out to us.  By using our IVR system we can answer the call as if we are at your dealership, schedule the appointment and notify you that you have a customer coming in for service.  This is an excellent way for your service department to catch all phone calls no matter what time of day or how busy your staff is when calls come in.
