Demo an incoming service appointment call

This is an example of what the customer hears when calling one of our dealers using the IVR system. The call lasts 39 seconds and you can hear the dealer answer the phone at 15 seconds and then the call is transferred out of the dealership at 31 seconds and 4 seconds later is answered by our call center (35 seconds in). During that 4 second period of time the call is transferred to our call center, our CSR knows how to answer the phone and the call is answered to match the customers expectations. The entire call from initial customer dial until we answered the phone for the dealership lasts only 39 seconds.
