What is DirectConnect?
 
DirectConnect is part of our auto call system that allows the customer, when reached live by the system, to hear the message and then press the 1 key on their telephone to be connected to our inbound call center.  When the customer presses 1 they are connected to our IVR system which then allows our call rep to identify the caller and the dealership they are calling for.  The DirectConnect feature works from both cell phones as well as home phones.  If we reach an answering machine or voice mail there is a separate message the gives the customer an 800 number to call at a later time.  The 800 number is pointed to the same IVR that identifies the dealership.
 
This is a fast, efficient and extremely cost effective way to get notices or messages out to your customer base and schedule appointments. 

 
Main Benefts of DirectConnect

This form of communication can be used side-by-side with our inbound appointment system.  We can control the number of calls coming in so our call reps are not overloaded with regular inbound appointments and auto call appointments.
 
This system can be used as a stand alone service for larger files that your dealership cannot handle.  If you have a large list of customer, 500 or more, and you know that your service advisors or receptionist could not handle the inbound traffic, we can.
 
Depending on the size of the file we can do them all in one day or spead the calls out over several days.
