These messages will generate inbound phone traffic to our call center, we will schedule a service appointment while giving each customer a drive-train specific menu presentation. If the customer chooses the additional items the appointment, along with the service(s) selected, will be pushed into the DMS for scheduling and to start a repair order.
We can tailor both live and auto calls to your specific needs and we are in compliance with all Federal regulations. Our auto call system has a call transfer feature that allows us to communicate with the customer and they can press 1 on their phone to be transferred to our scheduling center. The auto call system has a 98% accuracy rate for answering machine detection.
Text messages can be sent to a targeted list of customers that have opt in for this communication. Our text messages are true SMS with 160 characters. We can include a unique 800# that will display on the customers phone and then they can click-to-dial that number and be contacted to our call center for a service reservation.
